Here's a list of some local motels and campgrounds for your convenience.

Ramanda Inn

Located in Delaware Water Gap, across the street from "Pack Shack Adventures, Inc." The Ramada has a game room and indoor, heated pool. There is a restaurant located in the inn, and the Water Gap Diner is just down the street half a block.

Budget Motel

Located 2 miles from "Pack Shack Adventures, Inc.", exit 51 (East Stroudsburg Exit) off Interstate 80. The Budget has a game room. The "Green Scene" restaurant is located in the motel and serves breakfast and dinner.

Super 8 Motel

Located 2 miles from "Pack Shack Adventures, Inc.", exit 51 (East Stroudsburg Exit) off Interstate 80. The Super 8 has a hot tub and no food service. Meals are available at the Budget Motel next door.

Sheraton Four Points

Located 4 miles from "Pack Shack Adventures, Inc." Exit #48 (West Main Street Exit, Stroudsburg) off Interstate 80. The Sheraton has a game room and indoor, heated pool and court yard, and a restaurant. There is a 24 hour "Perkins" restaurant across the street.

Shady Acres Campground

Located 4 miles south of "Pack Shack Adventures, Inc.", on Rt. 611 south. Shady Acres has a pool, game room, camp store, flush toilets, showers, and a fishing pond. There are many free activities like horse shoes, volleyball, and hay rides. There is a small snack bar in the camp store, and several other eating places nearby.

Camping in the "Backyard" (Scout Groups only)

Just what it sounds like! You are welcome to camp in the backyard behind my house and next to the Pack Shack. A 24 hour toilet facility, a B.B.Q. grill and a picnic table are available for your use. Evening VCR movies are available (advance notice please). Meals are available at the Water Gap Diner (offers a scout discount) or other local restaurants. Pizza, ice cream, miniature golf, batting cages, and movies are close by.

There are lots of other motels and campgrounds in the area. If you want something different we will try to help you find it. However we do suggest the ones on the list because they are close by and they offer discounts to groups going out with "Pack Shack Adventures, Inc."
